Appropriate to its Muskoka locale, the restaurant is uniquely situated on the water. As such, maintenance and repairs to the building were uniquely challenging. Originally, the restaurant closed to replace damaged pipes. Subsequently, though, the decision was made to take advantage of the opportunity and conduct a more extensive remodelling.

The new interior of the building features upgrades to the kitchen, dining room, washrooms, bar and greeting area.
